Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ceplast Medical Devices!

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your product you can request a refund or exchange your product according to the terms and conditions below.

1. General Conditions

  • Upon receiving your product, please confirm if box and packs are not violated and if the product is in accordance with what was ordered. To exchange or return a product it must be in perfect condition with the original packing not violated. It must be intact and containing all its items (packing, manual etc.).
  • The exchange or return of your product must be requested within 7 days upon receipt of the product. After this period, it will not be possible to issue the exchange or return.
  • Unless your product is defective, or received a different product than requested:
    • returns and exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking warehouse fee.
    • no return shipping labels will be issued, it is client responsibility to pay for shipping for returns or exchanges.
    • there will be no returns on discounted items.
    • refunds will be issued for merchandise only. This will not include shipping fees.
  • Our Tic-Tong products have a 2-year shelf life from the fabrication date on the packing next to the bar code. However, we cannot guarantee all orders always with 2 years shelf life as the products are imported. This expiration date may vary according to stock availability. In all orders we will always guarantee a minimum expiration of 6 months, unless it is explicitly informed in the description of a promotional clearance sale or other promotion.   • Damaged goods or with packing violations should be observed when signing for packing and should be reported within 7 days of receipt along with photos.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

2. Procedure

  • The request for the exchange or return of a product should be requested in the timeline discriminated above, via our website at https://www.ceplastmed.com/contact-us or via email at ecom@ceplastmed.com
  • In your request you should include the following information:
    • Full Name of buyer
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Purchase order number
    • Item and quantity to be exchanged or returned.
    • Reason for return or exchange.
  • We respond issuing you a return number for your process along with the address for you to return the merchandise. Please do not ship the product back to us without first receiving this confirmation.
  • To facilitate the exchange or return process we request the original packing slip or invoice for your order be attached to the return.
  • We will not be held responsible for damaged or lost goods in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to use insured and trackable mail service as we are unable to issue a return or refund without receiving first the returned product.
  • Shipping fees for returns and exchanges will not be paid or refunded (except in cases noted above in General Conditions).
  • Once your product is received back at our warehouse:
    • Exchange: the return will go through and evaluation to see if it was returned in correct and reusable conditions with no violation of the original packing of the product. And have the new product shipped with in 5 to 7 business days depending on stock availability.
    • Return and Refunds: the return will go through and evaluation to see if it was returned in correct and reusable conditions with no violation of the original packing of the product. Refund will be processed in 3 to 4 weeks.
